Bill, wife Louise, and Rooster the lab, live in Calvert, Texas in Robertson County, 30 miles north of Bryan/ College Station on HWY 6. Louise is a 4th generation native of Robertson County where her family has farmed, ranched, and lived for over 100 years. Bill is almost a 4th generation Texan also.
Bill has been a Realtor since 1968. He is an active broker and has managed and owned real estate businesses through out his carrier. He is one of the owners of BrazosLand Realty.
He has served as an officer and director of the Houston and Bryan/College Station Association of Realtors and their Multiple Listing Services. He has served on the ethics committees of both associations and was also a Director of the Texas Association of Realtors.
Being civic-minded, Bill is a member of the Calvert Chamber of Commerce, President of the Calvert Economic Development Committee, member of the City of Calvert Historic Committee, member of the Robertson County Appraisal District’s Appraisal Review Board, member of Robertson County Crime Stoppers, Inc., President of Calvert Country Club, a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, a Life member of the University of Texas EX Students Association, and a member of the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Calvert.
His real estate brokerage work is with farms, ranches, rural recreational land, commercial properties, and homes in Robertson and Milam counties.
