Brandon Schielack graduated from TAMU in 2004 with a bachelors in Agricultural Economics with a minor in business. To quote Brandon: “I like Texas A&M and everything about it... there’s nothing else like it, a unique university full of tradition; and for anyone who has ever visited the campus, it is plainly evident there is a very friendly student environment. I have been in real estate for 8 years and find it very rewarding to help Aggies understand the value of real estate and show them ways to make a sound investment that they can enjoy while in school and also keep as an asset after graduation.”

While in school at TAMU, Brandon began personally investing in the Brazos Valley real estate market and uses the skills and information he has learned while building his own portfolio to help others build theirs. Also, Brandon enjoys fishing, especially on the coast, and golf. He found that patience is a must for either of these two hobbies and the same is true for investing. He applies this same mindset towards assisting clients: “I started personally investing in 2004 and advise my clients to buy properties and invest in opportunities that I myself see value in and choose to invest.”

In 2006, Brandon started Tricap Realty Consultants in College Station which associated with BCR in 2010 in order to take advantage of a wealth of development, construction, marketing and financing knowledge. Tricap and Brandon’s team members spend their efforts focusing on helping investors and student parents to increase their net worth through wise real estate investments.

Brandon has represented clients in the purchase or sale of over 12 million dollars in student housing real estate and is the managing partner of a $2,000,000 student housing portfolio. His most recent projects consist of putting together investment proposals and packages for a 42-unit apartment new development and 21 lot development.
