Dora Tamplin

Dora grew up in the small town of Mineral Wells, Texas about an hour west of Fort Worth. She graduated from Mineral Wells High school and worked for an accounting firm where she managed several small business accounts. Shortly after her graduation she relocated to College Station to persue her life in the "Big" city. It didn't take long before she met the man that would later become her husband, Justin. They now have three children, Ashley, Brittany and Jarett, which they are very proud of. They have enjoyed raising their children here in the Bryan College Station area. Their enthusiastic involvements with their children schools, sports, and church typically occupy their free time.

While searching for an established business she found BCR in 1992. She quickly determined that BCR has the same values and respect for their business that she had in her personal work. She is a very dedicated employee and takes pride in the work she does. Her knowledge and efficiency has guided her through the many positions she has held with the company over the years including receptionists, property management, and bookkeeping. Her skills allow her the opportunity to oversee the day to day operations of our business. As Vice President/Office Manager she is responsible for all corporate accounting including payroll, human resources, all employee relations and many other duties associated within the company. The cheerful personal attitude, dedication and respect she brings to BCR is a wonderful asset.
