Suzan Reed

Suzan has lived in the Bryan/College Station area since 2005, she is a native of Houston with a long line of Aggie roots. Suzan's experience with HOA's actually started from her own personal experience serving as a Board Member on her own HOA 16 years ago, and she has served her community HOA's ever since in Houston and College Station. Suzan loves to spend time with her family, and serve her community and take pride in both.

Suzan comes to BCR with strong organization skills, and a proactive approach when it comes to managing HOA's. She is successful at managing over 20+ HOA's efficiently, and with emphasis on client satisfaction.

Suzan pulls no punches when it comes to her resourcefulness, and availability to her clients, she maintains outstanding quality while keeping a consciences awareness of "budget control".
