Cristy Elmendorf

Cristy began her life in Tyler, Texas however, her family spent several years of her childhood traveling throughout the states. Her family has strong roots here in the Brazos Valley therefore they decided to finish raising their children in the Brazos Valley in order to be closer to many relatives. She spent her teenage years here in Bryan College Station where she grew up in a close nit family. She has three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. The family bond she has is quite evident when it comes to her two precious children.

After graduating from A & M Consolidated High School Cristy spent many years in the retail business. During her years in retail she met numerous individuals from a diversity of backgrounds. She did not realize then, that her involvement in retail would later be beneficial in her current position at BCR which includes working daily with people in all facets of property management, from vendors to customers. Her first involvement in real estate was with a local property management company where she was able to use her prior skills to successfully communicate with people from different backgrounds.

Cristy worked diligently with staff in the challenging transition of their company being sold to another local real estate firm. The effective and accurate method of her bookkeeping skills made for an easy transition. Upon that sale is when she began her career with BCR. Communication is very important when it comes to her involvement with tenants and property owners. She takes great pride in her work as she fully understands that the financial statement she prepares for the property owners must be accurate at all times. The responsibilities she holds within BCR's Property Managment Division are very crucial for our ongoing success.
