Robertson County

As part of the College Station-Bryan, TX, metro area, Robertson County is home to approximately 16,500 residents, as of 2014 US Census estimates. Located in the Claypan area of East Central Texas it is less than two hours from the heart of Austin and is just around half an hour’s drive from Texas A&M.

The entire county encompasses 865 square miles and is accessible via U.S. Highways 79 and 190 and state highways 6 and 7. Twelve separate communities are part of Robertson County, each exuding their own personalities and individual charm. Popular relocation destinations include the cities of Calvert, Franklin, Hearne, Bremond, and Wheelock.
